Who we are

Maa Exports Bharat LLP is a merchant exporter based in India. This policy covers the website maaexportsbharat.com. For any question about your data, email info@maaexportsbharat.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form:

• your name, company, country, email and (if you give it) phone or WhatsApp number
• the product, quality grade, quantity, destination port or region, preferred Incoterm and your message

We do not ask for payment details or identity documents through this website.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, send samples and quotations, and follow up on that enquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists from the form, and we never sell or rent your details.

Where it is stored

We use a small number of service providers to run the website:

• Supabase stores enquiries in a database hosted in Mumbai, India. Access is limited to the website server and our team.
• Resend emails each enquiry to our inbox. Its servers may be outside India.
• Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it from attacks.
• Google Workspace holds our email, including our replies to you.

Each provider handles your details only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to three years after our last contact with you, so we can see the history of an order or quotation. If you become a customer, records needed for export, tax and accounting law are kept for as long as that law requires.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use privacy-friendly visitor statistics that count page visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to us using them, by emailing info@maaexportsbharat.com. We reply within 30 days. These rights apply under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, for visitors in Europe and the UK, under the GDPR.

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date below.
